Return Policy & exchanges

  • Before your order is shipped, you may request a refund or exchange it for another item.
  • After the item has been shipped, returns or exchanges are only possible if the buyer covers all shipping costs, as these are non-recoverable expenses for me.   • If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and provide a photo of the damage. I will gladly assist you in resolving the issue
  • Please kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable if a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is returned because it was not collected. I always keep track of shipments and will notify you by email when your package is ready for collection or if a delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I sincerely appreciate your understanding!
