Production Time
The production time for an order containing 1-3 figurines is 7-10 business days. For orders containing 4 or more items, the production time is 10 or more business days.

- Shipping from Italy.
- Delivery time:
- Italy: 7-14 days.
- Europe EU & non EU: 14-25 days.
- United States, Canada: 25-35 days.
- Everywhere else: 35-45 days.
- Standard shipping includes a tracking number, which I will provide to you on the day your package is sent.
- Please note: Small packages (1-2 items) will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
- I carefully inspect each item before shipping and take extra care to package it securely, ensuring it arrives safely to you.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

- Please kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable if a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is returned because it was not collected.
