• Shipping from Italy.

• Delivery time:

  Italy: 7-14 days.

  Europe EU & non EU: 14-25 days.

  United States, Canada: 25-35 days.
  

  Everywhere else: 35-45 days.

• Standard shipping includes a tracking number, which I will provide to you on the day your package is sent.
• Please note: Small packages (1-2 items) will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
• I carefully inspect each item before shipping and take extra care to package it securely, ensuring it arrives safely to you.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
• I kindly ask for your understanding that I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
• Please kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable if a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is returned because it was not collected. I always keep track of shipments and will notify you by email when your package is ready for collection or if a delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I sincerely appreciate your understanding!

• After the item has been shipped, returns or exchanges are only possible if the buyer covers all shipping costs, as these are non-recoverable expenses for me.
